Legal information micro-sites
Law Express is continually developing value-adding services in support of its telephone legal advice. These include access to two unique legal information websites.
Ned Wells (read his profile here) was engaged to manage the project to develop the sites initially as CD-ROM applications and subsequently to convert them to web applications.
The websites provide regularly updated legal information to a fully personalised or cobranded front end (depending on a client's needs). They have been implemented for over 40 organisations.
LX Personal provides personal legal information and you may view the demonstration site here. Legal subject areas include family, employment, motoring, property, consumer and bereavement.
LX Business provides legal information in the areas of company, commercial and employment law, health & safety and taxation. View the demonstration site here.
Online marketing
Other marketing activities undertaken at Law Express include Pay Per Click advertising ('PPC') and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
With PPC, a return of 3:1 was achieved on calls from members of the public, over a period of two years.
In the natural search rankings, the www.lawexpress.co.uk website achieves top spots on major search engines for keywords related to 'telephone legal advice'.
